These Terms shall be deemed to be a legally binding document setting out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the purchase, delivery, return, payment and use of the information on the Website.
The customer of this Website (hereinafter also referred to as "User", "You") is a natural or legal person with legal capacity who, using the Internet, purchases products offered on the Website, uses information available on the Website or uses other services offered/provided through this Website (all together referred to as "Services"). Data related to the creation and maintenance of the Account and the conclusion and execution of the Distance Contract is processed only by Amber cosmetics Ltd and its business partners (including purchase suppliers, payment platforms, IT service providers). The minimum necessary amount of personal data is transferred to the cooperation partners. In addition, data and information related to the Account is used to improve the services and product offerings provided, based on Amber cosmetics' legitimate interest in collecting information about the quality of the services and products offered.

4) cancel the Contract and refund the amount paid for the Goods.

Awayat prices, purchase and payment procedures
The prices of goods and services in the online shop www.vegan-fox.com are inclusive of taxes, including value added tax. Depending on the delivery address, additional shipping charges may apply to your order, which will be clearly indicated before payment is confirmed and included in the total purchase price. The final price of the goods, including taxes and duties as well as delivery charges, is indicated before the conclusion of the Distance Contract.
If delivery charges cannot be calculated before the purchase is finalised, the User will be informed that such charges may apply afterwards.

Discount vouchers may have different formats (e.g. percentage discount, discount of a certain amount, etc.) and validity periods, which are explicitly stated in each individual case of granting or obtaining a discount voucher. Delivery of goods

Goods may be delivered to the User by an employee or authorised representative of SIA "Amber cosmetics" or by one of the delivery partners listed in the relevant section of the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the selected country, type of delivery (for example, parcel, courier, etc.), supplier, price and delivery times of the Goods may vary. Depending on the supplier of the Goods, additional order tracking and/or confirmation services may or may not be available to the User.
Upon delivery of the Goods, the recipient may be asked to provide proof of identity in order to verify the identity of the person.
In cases where the User has provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or for other reasons the delivery fails, Amber cosmetics Ltd shall make every effort to contact the User and remedy the deficiency. If the User cannot be contacted within 5 (five) working days from the date of purchase of the Goods, the order shall be cancelled. Amber cosmetics Ltd. shall refund the User only for the Goods, but the delivery fee shall not be refunded. In the event of an emergency situation where, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery of the purchased Goods cannot be guaranteed, Amber cosmetics Ltd. undertakes to offer a similar product. If the User does not agree, the money paid for the purchase shall be refunded to the User as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

Right of withdrawaland prečreturnReturn
If the User is a consumer within the meaning of the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose unrelated to his/her economic or professional activity), the User (consumer) may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any justification. In accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No 255 "Regulations on Distance Contract", the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contractwithin 14 calendardays from the moment of delivery of the goods/items by submitting an application for exercising the right of withdrawal. The User shall be deemed to have complied with the withdrawal period (14 days) if the User sends the application to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the event of a dispute, the User shall bear the burden of proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
A written (e-mail or paper) notification sent by the User indicating the object of return and the order number and date shall be deemed to be an application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The User's bank account number to which the User wishes to receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the goods must be provided. Amber cosmetics Ltd. shall notify the User of the receipt of the application for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the User. If the Goods cannot be returned by post or parcel post due to their characteristics, the User shall bear all costs related to the direct return of the Goods.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
These Terms and Conditions shall in no way limit the User's right to apply to the competent state authorities for the protection of his/her rights.
Amber cosmetics Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement these Terms and to cancel or revoke any rights granted by these Terms at any time.
