Can I change my delivery address after purchase?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address. Orders that are returned due to an invalid delivery address will be subject to a new shipping charge for re-shipment.
How are orders delivered?
For shipments to Omniva parcel machines and DPD Pickup points in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, a text message will be sent to the phone number you have provided for the delivery of your order to your chosen location, containing the parcel machine location and its door opening code.
For courier delivery, we cooperate with TNT and DPD courier services.
Can I return an order and how?
Once you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return or exchange the products. The product(s) must be in their original condition - in their original packaging, unused and looking like new. We do not exchange or refund damaged and/or used products. The cost of returning products is your responsibility.
Please contact us before proceeding! To return products, please do the following:
1. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name, order number and the dates you ordered and received the products.
2. We will send you the return address. Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels in the event of a return.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted your return and asking you to send us your bank details for a refund.
When do I get a refund for returned products?
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
I would like to exchange the products I have received for other products, what should I do?
All requests for product exchanges are considered on an individual basis, so please send us an email at email@example.com.
Rules for Substations and Pickup Points
The order is stored at the pick-up point for 7 calendar days. After this period, the goods are returned to Amber cosmetics SIA. If you do not collect your order within the aforementioned period, you are obliged to reimburse the costs of reshipment.
Import duties and other levies
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or other local taxes and levies. You are solely responsible for these additional charges.
General rules on dispatch and delivery
If the delivery is made by courier and you are not present at the delivery address you have provided, the delivery person shall have the right to transfer the order to any other adult present at the delivery address.
If the delivery of the order is not possible due to your fault or circumstances beyond your control (you have provided an incorrect address, you are not present at the delivery address, the delivery address cannot be reached, etc.), the products shall not be resent and the order shall be cancelled. In this case, you may only receive a refund for the order, but the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the order, you or your representative check the conformity of the products with those ordered and sign the invoice, delivery note or other handover/acceptance document presented by the supplier upon delivery of the order. By signing the invoice, delivery note or other handover/acceptance document, you or your representative certify that the products have been delivered in good condition. Amber cosmetics Ltd shall not be liable for any defects which were apparent at the time of delivery but were not specified in the delivery confirmation.
