About Vegan Fox

This means that the products do not contain any ingredients of animal origin!
Products and their raw materials are not tested on animals!
In the case of Vegan Fox, not only is the product vegan, but the company itself invests its energy, leisure time and profits in improving the living conditions of animals.

We invest the money we earn in the development and research of new products, but most importantly – we plant and clean forests, help animals that are in distress, we support animal shelters.

Yes, all Vegan Fox products are registered with the Vegan Society organization, which carefully evaluates each component of the product. Vegan Fox products have been issued with a Vegan Society certificate.

Face creams, body creams, body oils and body scrubs are valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Hand creams and foot creams are valid for 18 months from the date of manufacture.
Cleansing facial foam, shower gels, Hand wash and bath foam are valid for 30 months from the date of manufacture.
We recommend that you use the product within 6 months after opening.
For each product, the shelf life of the month and year is indicated on the packaging.

We make the most of our efforts to use packaging from recyclable materials – mostly PET and aluminum. We ask our customers to be responsible and sort the packaging of products according to the instructions on the waste containers. We use cardboard or paper packaging for transportation. We do not pack products in glass containers, because its production and transportation consumes much more energy than plastic and glass packaging is riskier in everyday use – it can break, for example, on tiles in the bathroom. We have not found a truly sustainable alternative to replacing plastics, but we are closely following the development of the packaging industry and hope to avoid the use of plastics in the near future.

Since vegan Fox products use natural oils, they tend to stratify or appear deposits, which are more common in body oils and scrubs! This does not affect the quality of the product in any way.

Vegan Fox is a family-owned company in Latvia, the creation of which has been supported by friends and relatives.


Vegan Fox products are manufactured in Latvia, handmade throughout the production and packaging process.

Vegan Fox products mostly use natural oils and herbal ingredients from trusted suppliers in the EU, but they are not organic certified farms.

Store the products at room temperature in a place protected from direct sunlight and do not leave the package open (without cap).

Although Vegan Fox products have been tested and have undergone safety tests, any cosmetic product is at risk of allergy. If you start using a new cosmetic product, such as a face cream, we recommend that you take a test on the skin of the hand (forearm) or chin. If after 24 hours no allergy reaction is observed, there is a good chance that starting to use the product on a daily basis will be fine!

For oily skin, we recommend trying Cleansing Foam for Oily Skin and Moisturizing Face Cream.

Since the products contain a lot of natural ingredients – oils, butters, plant extracts, then in order for the products not to spoil and to be stored at room temperature, preservatives are necessary at a minimum concentration. We use Phenoxyethanol for less than 1% in facial and body cosmetic products – it is a reliable preservative with antibacterial effect, it is used to make the products safe to use after opening and do not form bacteria in them. This canned food is used by many natural cosmetic manufacturers, but we want to find an even better solution and are in search of more natural preservatives.

In bath line products that are rinsed from the body after their use, we use Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone less than 0.001% – this is a safe preservative that ensures that bath line products are safe to use for a longer period of time.

All our products do not contain parabens and other heavy chemistry, but SLES (not to be confused with SLS) is used in bath line products (shower gels, hand soap and bath foam) in small concentrations along with aloe vera extract and other ingredients that balance the effect of SLES and make the formula softer. It is a substance with washing and effervescent properties that we use only in products that are rinsed from the skin with water after use. SLES is not toxic or carcinogenic, but may cause irritation in individuals. To date, we have not received any complaints.

We are glad that our products do not contain these raw materials – parabens, PEG, triclosan, sulfates, mineral oils, palm oil, petrolatum, phthalates, GMOs, EDTA, DEA, MEA, TEA.

We buy all raw materials from reliable suppliers in the European Union, where testing of substances on animals is prohibited by law. High-quality and ethically sourced raw materials are more important to us than their cost!

There are products in which we do not add either dyes or fragrances. In the manufacture of products, we use only dyes that are also used in the production of food. Essential oils are added to products due to their positive properties and the smell is secondary. We mostly use a combination of natural and synthetic fragrances in products to avoid allergic reactions.

None of our products contain gluten or soy.


Payment for the order

We offer to pay for the purchase with bank payment cards, with PayPal payment system and with Swedbank, SEB, Citadel, Luminor internet banks, outside Latvia also with internet banks of the largest European banks!

All product prices are indicated including Value Added Tax. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and other duties. We have no way of influencing this process, the payment of fees is the responsibility of the buyer!

It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not been shipped. Usually we provide shipping within 1-2 business days.

The standard currency for all goods is EUR, but there is an opportunity to change the currency to USD or GBP in the upper right corner of the website.

In cases where the payment is declined, we recommend that you try a different payment method or please contact us by email [email protected]. We recommend that you carefully check the payment information entered and the account balance.

Order delivery and return

Delivery of orders is possible both free of charge and for a fee – depending on the amount of orders and the country of delivery. For shipping fees, please refer to the "Delivery and return" section.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to the [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the address. Orders that are returned due to an invalid delivery address will be subject to a new shipping fee for the resuscitation.

After receiving the order, you have 14 calendar days to let us know that you want to return or exchange products. The product(s) must be in its original state , in the original packaging, unused and look like a new one. We do not exchange or refund for damaged and/or used products. The cost of returning products is your responsibility.
Please contact us before starting returning the goods! To return products, please do the following:
1. Send us an email to the [email protected], indicating the name of the product, the order number and the dates of ordering and receiving the products.
2. We will send you a return address. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages in case of return.
3. After receiving and checking the returned product(s), we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted your returned goods and ask you to send information with bank details for refunding the money.

In the Baltic States, we deliver by courier to the address specified by you, omniva parcel machines and DPD Pickup points!
In Europe, delivery is provided by courier companies (TNT, DPD.c, etc.).
In the transition world, there may be limited possibilities to deliver to individual countries! Please contact us before purchasing!

We send out the order within 1-2 business days (except public holidays and official holidays). In cases where a large amount of purchases are made simultaneously in our store at the same time, it may take up to an additional 3 days to process the order.
In Latvia, delivery takes place usually within 2 working days after sending the order by courier, omniva parcel machines and DPD Pickup points.
In Lithuania and Estonia delivery takes place usually within 3-4 working days after sending the order by courier, omniva parcel machines and DPD Pickup points.
In European countries, delivery is carried out by courier usually within 5-7 working days after sending the order.

Refunds will be received no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
