Can I change my order or address after completing the order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please as soon as possible send us an email at email@example.com. If the order is already shipped, we can’t modify it ourselves. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped.
How can I trace my order?
Shipping to Omniva parcel machine and DPD Pickup points (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania): you will be informed about the arrival of the item at the adress by a text message containing the location of the parcel unit, its door code.
Shipping by currier: we work with TNT or DPD currier.
I am not completely satisfied; how can I return my product?
Sorry to hear that, however, of course it’s no problem to return your products. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us that you want to return or exchange your product. The product(s) must be in original condition – in original packaging, unused and look as new. We will not refund any damaged and/or used products. Return costs are your responsibility.
Please contact us before returning any item! Follow these simple steps to return your product:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating product name, order number and both date of ordering and receiving products
- We will then share the shipping address to return the goods. Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost packages
- After receiving and checking the return good(s) we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted your return and ask for details for money transfer for refund.
When do I get reimbursed?
Expect a maximum of 14 days of processing time after reception of the goods to get refunded.
I want to exchange my item for another one, how to proceed?
Any exchange requirement is accessed and reviewed individually, so please, send us an email to email@example.com.
Additional rules for shipping and returns
Rules for Omniva parcel terminal and DPD Pickup points
Items are stored in an adress for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of this period the item is returned to SIA “Amber cosmetics”. If you will not remove the item within the aforementioned period, you are obliged to reimburse the costs related to the re-dispatch of the item.
For deliveries outside EU import duties and or other local taxes might be applicable. It is fully your responsibility to properly deal with those.
General shipping and delivery rules
If the delivery is by courier and you are not present at the delivery address specified by yourself, we have the right to hand the items to any other adult present at the specified address at the time of delivery.
If delivery of the items is not possible due to circumstances dependent on you (you have entered wrong address, you are not present at the specified address, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.) items are not re-shipped. In this case, you may only be refunded for the item and delivery fee will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the items, you or your representative shall verify the conformity of the items with the ordered and sign the invoice, delivery note or other delivery / receipt document presented by currier. By signing the invoice, delivery note or other delivery / receipt document, you or your representative certifies that the items have been delivered in good condition. SIA “Amber cosmetics” shall not be liable for defects in the items which were apparent at the time of delivery but which were not mentioned in the delivery confirmation.
