Products and their raw materials are not tested on animals!
In the case of Vegan Fox, not only is the product vegan, but the company itself invests its energy, leisure time and profits to improve the living conditions of animals.

We invest the money we earn in developing and researching new products, but most importantly, we plant and clean forests, help animals in distress, and support animal shelters.

Yes, all Vegan Fox products are registered with the Vegan Society, which carefully reviews each component of the product. Vegan Fox products are certified by the Vegan Society.

Face creams, body creams, body oils and body scrubs are valid for 12 months from the date of production.
Hand creams and foot creams are valid for 18 months from the date of production.
Cleansing face foams, shower gels, liquid soaps and bath foams are valid for 30 months from the production date.
After opening, we recommend using the products within 6 months.

Each product has an expiry date of one month and a year displayed on the packaging.

We make maximum use of recyclable packaging – mostly PET and aluminium. We ask our customers to be responsible and to sort their packaging according to the instructions on the waste containers. We use cardboard or paper packaging for transportation. We do not pack products in glass containers, as their production and transportation consumes much more energy than plastic, and glass packaging is more risky in everyday use – it can break, for example, when dropped on bathroom tiles.
We have not found a truly sustainable alternative to plastic, but we are closely following the development of the packaging industry and hope to avoid using plastic in the near future.

Because Vegan Fox products contain natural oils, they tend to peel or appear, which is more common in body oils and scrubs! This in no way affects the quality of the product.

Vegan Fox is a family owned company in Latvia, which’s development has been supported by friends and relatives.

Vegan Fox products are produced in Latvia (European Union), handmade throughout the manufacturing and packaging process.

Vegan Fox products use predominantly natural oils and herbal ingredients from reliable suppliers in the European Union, but those are not certified “organic” farms.

Store products at room temperature in a place protected from direct sunlight and do not leave the package open (without lid).

Although Vegan Fox products have been tested for safety, any cosmetic product carries the risk of allergy. If you are starting to use a new cosmetic product, such as a face cream, we recommend a patch testing it on the skin of your hand (forearm) or chin. If you do not see any allergic reaction after 24 hours, chances are good that you will be okay when you start using it daily!

For oily skin we recommend trying Cleansing Foam for Oily Skin and Moisturising Face Cream.
For dry skin, we recommend trying the Cleansing Foam Dry Skin and Nourishing Face Cream.


Because the products contain many natural ingredients – oils, butters, plant extracts – a minimum concentration of preservatives is needed to prevent damage to the products and to be able to keep them in room temperature. We use less than 1% Phenoxyethanol in face and body cosmetics – it is a safe antimicrobial preservative, it is used to make the products safe to use after they are opened and to make them free from bacteria. A lot of natural cosmetics manufacturers use this preservative, but we want to find an even better solution and are looking for a more natural one.
In our bath line products that are rinsed from the body after use, we use Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone with less than 0.001% concentration – a safe preservative that ensures bath line products are safe to use for a longer period of time

All of our products are free of parabens and other heavy chemicals, but SLES (not to be mixed with SLS) is used in bath products (shower gels, hand washs and bubble baths) in low concentrations along with aloe extract and other ingredients to balance the effects of SLES and soften the formula. It is an ingredient with washing and foaming properties that we use only in products that are rinsed from the skin with water after use. SLES is not toxic or carcinogenic but may cause irritation in some individuals. We have not received any complaints so far.

We are pleased that our products do not contain these raw materials – parabens, triclosan, sulfates, mineral oils, palm oil, petrolatum, phthalates, GMO, EDTA, DEA, MEA, TEA.

We source all our raw materials from reputable suppliers in the European Union, where animal testing is prohibited by law. Quality and ethically sourced raw materials are more important to us than their cost!

In the production of our products we use only dyes that are also used in food production. Essential oils are added to the products because of their positive properties and the smell is secondary. Most of our products use a combination of natural and synthetic fragrances to avoid allergic reactions.

None of our products contain gluten or soy.

Payment for order

We offer to pay for your purchase with bank payment cards, Paypal payment system and Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and Citadele internet banks, outside Latvia – with major European bank internet banks!

All product prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and other charges. We have no control over this process, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the fees!

An order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped. We usually ship out within 1-2 business days.

The standard currency for all commodities is EUR, but you can change currency to USD or GBP at the top right of the site.

In cases where a payment has been declined, we suggest you try another form of payment or contact us at [email protected] We recommend that you double-check the payment information you have entered and the account balance as well.

Shipping and Returns

Orders can be delivered free of charge or for extra payment, depending on the order price and country of delivery. For shipping charges, please see Shipping & Returns.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected] Once your order has been shipped, we can’t change the address anymore. Orders that are returned due to an invalid shipping address will be subject to a new shipping charge for re-shipping.

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to let us know if you would like to return or exchange products. The product(-s) must be in their original condition – in its original packaging, unused and new in appearance. We do not exchange or refund any defective and/or used products. Product return costs are your responsibility.
Please contact us before returning goods! To return the products, please do the following:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the product name, order number, and ordering and receipt dates.
  2. We will send you a return address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost on return.
  3. After receiving and verifying the returned product(-s), we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted your returned goods and requesting you to send us your bank details for your refund.

In the Baltic States we deliver by courier to your specified address, Omniva parcel machines and DPD Pickup points! Delivery in Europe is provided by courier companies (TNT, DPD, etc.).
The rest of the world may have limited delivery options to certain countries! Please contact us before making your purchase!

We ship out your order within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). In cases where large purchases are made simultaneously in our store, it may take up to 3 days for the order to be processed.
Delivery in Latvia usually takes 1-2 business days after the order has been sent, both by courier and Omniva parcel machines.
Delivery in Lithuania and Estonia usually takes 2-4 business days after the order is sent, both by courier and Omniva parcel machines.
In European countries and UK, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after the order is shipped.

Refunds will be received no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
