There are different exercises and facial massage methods that can be chosen depending on the problem area, but the basic principle is one – deliberate and precise stretching of facial muscles and massage with fingers or special massage tools such as Jade Roller (jade face roller) or Gua Sha (crystal facial massage plate). First of all, you can perform facial exercises at any time, but it is recommended to perform self-massage only on cleansed facial skin.
For this purpose, I recommend using a skin cleanser that gently removes dirt and cleans pores, such as our cleansing foam.
Secondly, before a facial massage, for a better result and a more pleasant massage, it is recommended to apply a skin care oil, nourishing or moisturizing cream.
And finally, experts recommend exercising and self-massage 4 to 5 times a week, ideally both in the morning and in the evening.
I do my own massage every day and it takes me 10 minutes – 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
