5 habits to introduce into your daily life

How to change your daily habits

5 habits to implement in your daily life
I am delighted to see that more and more people want to live in harmony with nature and are looking for a healthier, more peaceful and ethical way of life. If you are ready to take a step towards this lifestyle, you are in luck, because I think spring is the best time to change your habits.
Here are 5 tips that can help!

1. Eat a complete and balanced diet
This is no surprise to you, as nutrition has always been key to a healthy lifestyle. Introduce more fresh plant foods into your diet - fruit, vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds, cereals and legumes. Reduce your intake of fatty, fried and sweet foods and eat regular meals.
Most importantly, don't forget to drink as water is vital for our bodies to function. Lack of water affects physical and mental health and accelerates the ageing process throughout the body. A universal formula for optimal fluid intake is 30 millilitres of water per 1 kilogram of weight.

2. do at least 90 minutes of physical activity a week
Our bodies are designed to be in constant motion, so lack of exercise often results in back pain, overweight, high blood pressure, loss of energy and loss of vitality. To keep yourself toned, do sport 3 to 4 times a week. Start your day with exercise, a brisk morning walk, an invigorating jog or a spin on the bike. Do whatever makes you happy and get moving!

3. Take care of your emotional health
Mental health is a very important prerequisite for well-being. To improve your emotional health, try to think positively, learn new skills, try meditation and get enough sleep. Sleep is what keeps the central nervous system balanced and stable.

4 Choose ethical and environmentally friendly products
Responsible shopping is another step towards a more eco-friendly and ethical lifestyle. If you're reading this blog, you're probably no stranger to a vegan lifestyle, but if you want to get serious about it, remember that veganism isn't just about food. It is a way of life that involves not only a particular diet, but also a different way of looking at life in general. Most cosmetics, personal care and household chemical products available in the shops are tested on animals to check whether any of the ingredients used are harmful to humans. So when buying beauty products or household chemicals, choose products that are labelled cruelty-free and vegan to support ethically and responsibly produced products that are not tested on animals and do not contain animal-derived ingredients.

5. review your wardrobe and check the composition when buying new clothes
The use of animals in clothing is just as cruel as in other industries. Fortunately, there are many ethical alternatives to choose from. Most vegan wardrobes can be bought in any clothing store, and most casual clothes are already vegan. Many shoes, belts, bags and coats are also made from non-animal materials. When shopping, choose clothing made from faux leather and suede, cotton, cork, polyurethane, microfibres, linen, acrylic, polyester, recycled plastics, synthetics, bamboo, duck, denim, nylon, synthetic down and thermolite.
These are just a few suggestions that, if followed step by step, can help you change your daily habits.

I hope this article helped you and inspired you to change.

See you there!
